  1984年神奈川県生まれ。多摩美術大学グラフィックデザイン学科卒業。同年、大貫デザイン入社。2013年デザインによるブランディングの会社 博報堂デザイン入社。2016年独立。2023年ブランディングをベースに世界観をつくるデザイン会社 Hi! Designを設立。ハイクオリティでコミュニケーション力の高いデザインを武器に、ブランドのコンセプト開発や商品企画から、ロゴ・VI、グラフィック、パッケージ、Web、広告などをトータルに手掛ける。NY ADC / D&AD / グッドデザイン賞など国内外の賞を多数受賞。自身の講座に「ゼロから学ぶこれからのトータルブランディング」がある。脱炭素社会を推進するEarth hacks株式会社 チーフアートディレクター。JAGDA正会員。趣味はフライフィッシング。「フライフィッシングにデザインで貢献する！」を個人のテーマとしている。

  MORITA Kengo

  Creative Director / Art Director / Graphic Designer

  Born in Kanagawa in 1984. Graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Graphic Design. Joined Ohnuki Design the same year. In 2013, joined Hakuhodo Design, a company focusing on branding through design. Became independent in 2016. In 2023, founded Hi! Design, a design firm crafting entire worldviews based on branding. Leveraging designs with “High!” quality and communication power, handles total branding—from brand concept development and product planning to Logos/VI, graphics, packaging, web, and advertising. Recipient of numerous domestic and international awards, including NY ADC, D&AD, and the Good Design Award. Organizes the lecture series, “Learning Next Total Branding from Scratch.” Serves as Chief Art Director at Earth hacks Co., Ltd., promoting a decarbonized society. Full member of JAGDA. An avid fly fisher, his personal theme is “Contributing to fly fishing through design!”

  ブランドプロデューサー / イラストレーター

  1984年神奈川県生まれ。2009年多摩美術大学生産デザイン学科テキスタイル専攻卒業。複数の服飾雑貨の企画デザイン会社を経て2018年に独立。さまざまなアパレルブランドやファクトリーブランドのPRや商品企画、ビジュアル制作などに携わるかたわら、奈良の老舗靴下工場 株式会社創喜のCDOとして同社のブランディングとプロデュースを行なう。これまでプロデュースしたS.Laboやチャリックス、SOUKI SOCKSは多数メディアに取り上げられただけでなく、TOPAWARDS ASIA / Asia-Pacific Design など国内外のデザイン賞を受賞。2023年ブランディングをベースに世界観をつくるデザイン会社 Hi! Designを設立。趣味は大型のシダとランを中心とした植物の栽培。メディア出演も多数。

  MORITA Hitomi

  Brand Producer / Illustrator

  Born in Kanagawa in 1984. Graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Product and Textile Design, Textile Design Course in 2009.After working at several fashion accessory planning and design firms, became independent in 2018. Alongside engaging in PR, product planning, and visual creation for various apparel and factory brands, serves as Chief Design Officer for SOUKI, a long-established sock factory in Nara, overseeing their branding and producing. Produced works, including S.Labo, Charix, and SOUKI SOCKS, have been featured in numerous media outlets and won international design awards such as TOPAWARDS ASIA and Asia-Pacific Design. In 2023, co-founded Hi! Design. Enjoys cultivating plants, focusing on large ferns and orchids. Has made numerous media appearances.

  グラフィックデザイナー

  1998年神奈川県生まれ。大学で演劇を専攻した後、専門学校でコミュニケーションデザインを専攻。2022年卒業。フリーランスとしても活動する傍らHAROincでアシスタント業務を経験。2024年Hi! Designに入社。JAGDA 国際学生ポスターアワード2022 金賞受賞。趣味はラジオを聴きながらの手仕事、クラフトビール探索。

  TAKATA Natsuki

  Graphic Designer

  Born in Kanagawa in 1998. After majoring in Theater at university, studied Communication Design at a vocational school, graduating in 2022. While working as a freelancer and gaining experience as an assistant at HAROinc, joined Hi! Design in 2024. Winner of the JAGDA International Student Poster Award 2022 Gold. Hobbies include handiwork while listening to the radio and exploring craft beers.

  グラフィックデザイナー

  1999年埼玉県生まれ。2021年武蔵野美術大学視覚伝達デザイン学科卒業。同年広告制作会社に入社し、デザイナーとしてグラフィックや広告などの制作に携わる。またイラストレーターとして雑誌などに作品提供の経験もあり。2025年Hi! Designに入社。趣味は山に登り「生きてる！」を実感しに行くこと。

  Born in Saitama in 1999. Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Visual Communication Design in 2021. Joined an advertising production company the same year, working on graphics and advertising production as a designer. Also experienced in providing artwork for magazines as an illustrator. Joined Hi! Design in 2025. Passionate about mountain climbing to feel “ALIVE!”
